TPXO7.1=>TPXO7.2
Motivation: improve TPXO7.1 in Antarctic and shallow water by assimilating GRACE and other shallow water altimetry data.
  •     same bathymetry;
  •     same  representer set as for tpxo7.1
  •     + 157 GRACE representers (M2, S2, O1)
  •     +  18  representers in tide gauge locations over complex topography and/or no satellite data (16 of them are located around North Australia, in particular in Torres Straight)=>2498 representers total;
  •     standard OTIS covariance, re-calculated using tpxo7.1 as prior

MS4, MN4 - NO data assimilation, only dynamic solutions based on forcing, derived from the best fitting inverse solutions, obtained for corresponding linear constituents. See [Egbert, Erofeeva, Ray 2010] on how to derive forcing for non-linear constituents.
